As humans, we take shallow and short breaths, which over time cause breathing problems. Each inhale and exhale should have a duration of 5 seconds, which means we should be breathing 5.5 times per minute to achieve a full and deep breath. This session will enable you to achieve this through the use of many different breathwork techniques. This session will help you to feel grounded and aware of your breath.
